Reels from the hunt

Short films about the finds themselves — shot, narrated and cut for the shop. New reels land here as Andrew makes them; send him a good one and it might be next.

Today’s Finds — Oct 19, 2026 Andrew walks the finds table himself: the $10 G/FORE whites up front, the folded Rodman tee, the Chip Tooth hat and the bucket hat on the stand. The whole day cost $240 — and turned into $1,152 in listings. (56 seconds)
The Clamshell Mystery A 16-inch, 15-pound giant clam shell that weathered who-knows-how-long before it turned up on the hunt — just how old it really is remains the mystery. (32 seconds)
The LEGO Van One of those finds that makes the whole thrift run worth it — a favorite piece, given the full narrated-showcase treatment. (25 seconds)

More reels are coming

Hauls, fresh listings and the John 13:7 testimony films live on Andrew’s Facebook — and every new shop reel gets posted here too. Shoots something good? He sends it over, it goes up. That’s the deal.

The Mr. Vintage way

Four rules the shop runs on — they’re why buyers come back.

1

Honest to a fault

Every piece is inspected before it’s listed, and every flaw — a peeling decal, a small hole, print wear — is photographed and written into the description. No surprises in the mailbox, ever.

2

Priced off real sales

Prices come from what the same item actually sold for — recent sold listings, not wishful thinking. Autographs and memorabilia cards are comped against the exact card, never the base version.

3

Offers are the fun part

Nearly everything is listed with Best Offer, and a little back-and-forth is genuinely welcome here. The sticker price is the top of the fair range — your best number might just take it home.

4

In the business to sell

This shop exists to move good pieces to good homes, not to hoard them. Fair prices, fast shipping, and valuable items travel Priority Mail — signature confirmation available on request.

“If you like it, don’t walk away — make an offer! We encourage offers and enjoy a little back-and-forth. Send your best number and let’s make a deal.”

What buyers say

The man behind the hunt — Andrew in the shop, where every shelf has a story and half of them are for sale.

Found, not manufactured

Mr. Vintage is Andrew — a lifelong Seahawks fan and a full-time treasure hunter working the thrift stores, estate sales and swap meets of Southern California. What started as a sharp eye for a good find became LostnFound Collectables: hundreds of jerseys, hats, cards and curiosities rescued, researched and rehomed.

The name says it plainly. Almost everything here was lost — donated, boxed up, forgotten on a shelf — before it was found again and matched with somebody who’ll love it. The antique purses on the shelves are priced to wait patiently for exactly the right buyer.

And the shop runs on gratitude. This business is a second-chance story, built one honest listing at a time — which is why a portion of every good week goes back out the door in kindness.

“You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”

John 13:7 — the shop’s anchor verse
The shop wall — a vintage Seahawks banner, a Griffey 24 jersey, card display cases and a glowing jukebox over the work desk Shelves of collectibles, framed card sets and team banners filling the shop room The other side of the shop — jerseys hanging by the door, framed finds on the walls and a ballgame on the TV

Inside the shop — the wall of team gear and card cases up top, and the shelves where fresh finds wait their turn to be listed.

It started at a flea market booth

Before there was a website — before a single online listing — there was this: a booth at the flea market, folding tables and a blue canopy packed with jerseys, hats, cards and whatever the week’s hunting turned up. That’s where the eye got trained and the reputation got built, one conversation and one fair deal at a time.

The booth days are behind him now, but look how far it’s come: the same hustle runs an eBay store, a Poshmark closet with 30,000+ followers and storefronts across five platforms, shipping finds to collectors all over the country. And every package that goes out still carries a little of that flea market with it — priced fair, described honest, and sold by a man who loves the hunt.

“If God is for us, who can be against us?”

Romans 8:31

Faith isn’t a marketing line here — it’s the foundation the business stands on. With God by our side, we hunt hard, price fair, treat people right, and trust Him with the rest.

Good to know

Do you take offers?

Yes — please do. Most listings run Best Offer, and dickering is half the fun. Send your best number on whichever shop you found the item, and expect a friendly counter if we’re close.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is calculated and paid by the buyer at checkout, so you only ever pay the real cost to your door. Higher-value pieces ship USPS Priority Mail only, and signature confirmation is available on request — just ask before you buy.

Can I pick up locally?

Yes — Facebook Marketplace listings offer local pickup in Encinitas, California. It’s the best route for furniture-sized and fragile pieces, and it skips shipping entirely.

What condition is the stuff in?

Really good shape is the buying standard — Andrew inspects everything before it’s listed and discloses every flaw he finds, in photos and in writing. If a listing ever misses something, message the shop and it’ll be made right.

An item sold before I could buy it — can you find another?

Maybe! The same piece often turns up again on the hunt. Send the shop a note (see the want list) and it goes on the radar — no promises, but the radar is surprisingly good.

Hunting for something specific?

Collectors ask Andrew to watch for particular jerseys, patches, cards and players all the time. Tell us what you’re after and it goes on the hunt list.

Card hunters: autos and memorabilia are a specialty — ask about rookies, numbered parallels and graded slabs before they’re listed.
